Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

Acceptance of terms

By using Mark ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Mark does

Mark is a tool that helps you create Google Calendar events from natural language descriptions and uploaded schedules. It uses AI to parse your input and creates events on your Google Calendar when you confirm them.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for reviewing all events before confirming them. Mark uses AI to parse your input and may occasionally make mistakes.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to add guests to calendar events before sending invites.
  • You must be 13 years of age or older to use this app.
  • You may not use Mark for any unlawful purpose.

Google account access

Mark requests access to your Google Calendar and Google Contacts. By signing in, you authorize Mark to create calendar events and read contacts on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings.

Disclaimer of warranties

Mark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that AI-parsed events will always be accurate. Always review events before confirming.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mark and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to incorrect calendar events or unintended guest invitations.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Mark after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
